Imagine a world without music.

Taps would fall silent on Memorial Day, without Council Rock North Marching Band trumpeters to lead the
ceremony at the American Legion Post. Holiday parades on State Street would be short and quiet. Football
games at Walt Snyder Stadium would not have rousing fight songs to rally the team to victory. No concerts
would resound through the high school auditorium.

For generations, the marching band has been an integral part of the community, but we need your support
to help that continue. You have an opportunity to make sure the music plays on by becoming a
Council Rock North Marching Band sponsor.

The CR North Band Program helps students develop a lifelong love of music while fostering a love of
community and a desire to give back through music. Its goal is for students to take the life-lessons and skills
they learn in performance-based classes and apply that knowledge and experience to lead successful lives
in whatever they are called to do.

You can help make this possible! Your donation will help our programs continue to grow and encourage
excellence from the students both in marching and concert performances. Your tax-deductible gift will help
ensure the growth of the music programs and keep the music playing throughout the community.

Sponsorship of the CR North Band Program is vital to supporting opportunities for our student musicians.
Contributions go directly into the Council Rock North Band Parents Association’s general fund to
supplement or pay entirely for items such as:

❏ instrument and equipment purchase, repair, and replacement
❏ formal uniform cleaning and care and other uniform needs
❏ custom musical and visual design for the annual competition show
❏ purchase of and the performance royalties for music performed
❏ entrance fees for performance opportunities
❏ student financial support when needed
